Eran provides the entire range of intellectual property services, including litigation, prosecution of IP rights in Israel and abroad, all aspects related to commercialization of IP rights, legal opinions and counseling on IP related issues, and on legal aspects relating to the internet and software industries. Eran brings a rare combination of both in-house experience and law firm practice. Initially, Eran spent several years in one of the leading Israeli IP boutiques, counseling major international companies on complex IP issues. Subsequently, Eran spent several years as in-house counsel in the legal department of a leading international internet company (which was eventually acquired in a successful M&A), where he acquired unique expertise in cyber law, privacy, and related issues pertaining to the internet industry. Eran is also active in international IP organizations and a frequent contributor and writer on IP and cyber law matters to international and local publications. In addition, Eran is a Chess Grandmaster, a former World Chess Champion for youth and Israel Chess Champion for adults.
