The RIAA sued a 10 year old kid for downloading music files when she was 7 (!). Furthermore, the RIAA has recently insisted on a face to face deposition, and refused the defendant's motion to testify through video-conference. This is part of the RIAA's large scale crusade against internet users for downloading pirated files. This claim is particularly interesting, not only due to the child's age, but also due to the counterclaim for violation of privacy rights filed by the defendant. Following is a link to a US website reporting about the matter, with criticism of the RIAA's activities.
